INSURANCE: Celebrity highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Any person that does not purchase travel insurance will lose all funds if they need to cancel or due to weather. Purchasing insurance will help protect your funds in the event of illness, injury or cancellation. You may use any travel insurance company you wish.
PASSPORTS: Celebrity highly recommends that all U.S. citizens travel with a valid passport. In the event that a passenger does not have a passport, a birth certificate with a photo I.D. will be required. If the United States Department of Homeland Security changes I.D. requirements, you will be required to provide the necessary I.D. to board the ship. How do I book Nationals at Sea?
All reservations for Nationals at Sea must be made through Celebrity. Call the Celebrity Offices today to book at 480.706.8888. Passengers not booked through Celebrity will not be able to partake in any Celebrity Events including, but not limited to, competition, Master Classes, Celebrity Parties or Celebrity Dining.
How does pricing work?

How much is my deposit?
Deposits are $100-$200 per person depending on time of booking and are non-refundable. A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your stateroom and price. Your deposit will count towards your cruise total.
How do the payment plans work?
Celebrity allows passengers to make monthly, interest-free payments. A minimum monthly payment must be received each month by your due date until your cruise is paid in full. Payments not received on time will incur an automatic $25 late fee. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Payments by credit card will incur a 4% phone service fee.
How do I complete a name change?
Any name changes, including spelling corrections, will be charged a $100 fee after Friday, April 1, 2017. Please ensure Celebrity has accurate full legal names and birth dates for all passengers sailing. To complete a name change, please contact the Celebrity Offices at 480.706.8888.
What if I am sailing with a minor?
Each stateroom must have at least one adult, over the age of 25, or all guests in a stateroom must be 21 or over. Children who are younger than 6 months old on the first day of sailing are not permitted to travel.
What if I am expecting a child?
Guests who are 23 weeks and 7 days or more into their pregnancy by the last day of their cruise will not be permitted to sail. Guests 23 weeks and 6 days or less into their pregnancy by the end of the cruise are required to provide the cruise line with a physician letter stating that the mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel, and the pregnancy is not high risk prior to sailing.
What if I need to cancel?
All cancellations must be received before December 1, 2016.
If you cancel passengers before December 1, 2016, their payments will be applied to the existing reservation as long as 2 passengers are still sailing and at least 1 cabin is booked. If your entire reservation is cancelled the deposit of $100 per person will be forfeited.
PENALTIES STARTING DECEMBER 1, 2016 ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Booking Date-December 1, 2016: If the entire cabin or party cancels, the $100 pp non refundable deposit is lost.
December 2, 2016-January 31, 2017: $100 non refundable per person plus the $100 non refundable deposit. Total not refunded: $200 pp cancelled.
February 1, 2017-March 31, 2017: $300 non refundable per person plus the $100 non refundable deposit. Total not refunded: $400 pp cancelled.
April 1, 2017 through Sailing: No money refunded.
