Emily James is a dancer and choreographer with a very strong background in technique and training in all styles of dance. Emily was accepted into several prestigious dance programs, including NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and the Ailey/Fordham B.F.A. program. Emily decided to pursue both dance and business. Emily’s big break was on Fox’s hit television show So You Think You Can Dance, where she was chosen to be a part of season 11’s Top 20. From there, Emily performed in 77 cities with the Top 14 on the So You Think You Can Dance Season 11 National Tour. In 2010, Emily was chosen as a Dance Spirit Cover Model Search finalist.
